Here are my favorites (so far) from this morning's session with Mr. Landon and his mommy and daddy.

He was about to squirm his way right off the chair!

What a great little spot we found right behind their house. They didn't even know it existed. :)






What a great idea his mommy and daddy had! I don't think I could love this picture more.

Keep an eye out for this little guy. He's enrolled in my "First Year" program, so I'll be shooting at least 2 more sessions with him by his 1st birthday. I get to watch babies grow up...what a tough job. ;)

I see this picture and I immediately hear the song: "Sisters, sisters..."



Little Emmersyn did not care for the camera in her face. The only reason I was able to get this shot...there was a bug keeping her attention.



Can I get a HALLELUJAH??? I finally figured out how to post images side by side!


This child has some of the bluest eyes I've ever seen.

Kuhlman Family Portraits|Park Place|Leawood KS

Meet Max's mommy and daddy. They were so great to work with...it helps that they are dear friends and fellow Wildcats. :)

This child has the most incredible laugh. He seriously sounds like a grown man! It was so hard for me to keep focused! He was cracking me up.



I had never even heard of Park Place before this shoot. It's a really great little strip of shops about a block north of 119th and Nall. Check it out sometime.


I love how "distracted" Kyle and Katie look in this picture. They are seriously as smitten with one another as they were in college. I didn't know them then...but I've heard stories. :)



He was so interested in this long grass. However, just a few minutes after this shot, his little toes got dipped in the water...he was not so happy about that!



This picture is so true to Kyle's gentleness and love towards Katie.

I can't help myself...

Big Max

Meet Max K. He's stinkin' adorable. I love him. Here's a sneak peek of his 6 month portraits. I'll be shooting the Kuhlmans' family pictures tomorrow. I can't wait!!!




Sometimes I have a really hard time deciding if I like the full color or BW version of a particular photo. I guess I'll let all of you make the call on this one. Let me know what you think!

Introducing...

Remember that super cute couple from my latest maternity session??? This is their son, Judah Knox Allyn. The great part about this session (other than getting to cuddle this cutie)??? They didn't even have to leave the comfort of their own home. :)

This session will remain tightly under wraps until Fathers' Day has come and gone. I do, however, have permission to post a few shots. Miss Gia, her mommy, and I got together to capture some memories as a surprise for Daddy for Fathers' Day.
